The Client Services Manager is responsible for the creation, approval, and implementation of events. Responsibilities include project development, client interaction, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and invoicing. Manage all related financial activities within company processes while providing a high level of service to client representatives, co-workers, and assist the organization in achieving a service excellence culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform project management duties including: event program creation and implementation, tracking, timeline development and management, budget management, pre and post-promotional analysis, and reporting
Develop effective client and retailer relationships to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments, including creative, production, sales and operations to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved
Manage Product replenishment process with retailer and client
Responsible for oversight of timeline revisions with operations, client, and sales teams
Ability to make autonomous decisions on behalf of our company strategy, handle difficult and sensitive situations using sound and independent judgment within policy and guidelines
Monitor and adjust agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
Facilitate category development by using database rationale such as SKU optimization, efficient promotion causal data, and lift analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience in consumer products, brand, or agency experience
Experience in event execution preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to present to large and small groups in a variety of settings
Creative thinker and self-starter who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Possess negotiation, project management, research analysis, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Strong Excel skills in Data Manipulation (filtering, sorting, freezing panes), Pivot Tables (summarizing/analyzing large data sets in Excel) and Vlookups (quickly pulling in information from a lookup table)
Retail-Link knowledge a plus
Strong organization, negotiation, and problem solving skills
