During your tenure as a Manager - Business Development, you will support the Middle East Risk Internal Client Services team in working on strategic planning, business development, and other strategic initiatives for Risk Advisory with capabilities but not limited to the following:
Clients & Industries plan and execution

Delivering priorities and strategy for the C&I function and coordinate programs and campaigns
Keep track of C&I workstreams and ensure day to day activities are on track
Manage leadership meetings and prepare presentations, reports, and insight for meetings and stakeholders
Connect with the C&I community to suggest and run activities and initiatives
Industry Planning
Drive and implement industry strategies and initiatives
to differentiate industry services through innovation and impact
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of initiatives within the industry program
Run industry specific internal Labs aiming for industry growth then track and report industry growth
Key Accounts growth
Support Key Accounts growth
Coordinate activities for key strategic clients
Support key accounts industry client pursuits
market and client analysis
Identify and support Must win opportunities with key accounts
Business Development
Identify, support, coordinate and monitor client initiatives and external campaigns to drive adoption
Conduct market and industry insights, share knowledge and best practices with Business and Industry leaders
Enable engagement teams and opportunity leaders to leverage tools around winning strategic opportunities

Support in developing, promoting and going to the market with new and Growth Priority Offerings
Drive the Alliances program to meet its objectives
Identify and drive local Partnerships and collaborate on go to market activities
Enable teams to go to the market with more innovative solution through Assets
Facilitate trade corridors with other geographies and member firms and capitalize on resources, expertise, etc.
Client experience
Support the planning and delivery of client initiatives from labs to webinars, events, etc.
Support with developing and launching Intelligence Centers across the region
Run Client relationship reviews and enable mechanisms to gather client feedback

Qualifications:
Graduate with a Bachelor\'s and ideally Masters\' degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Development, or any other related business studies
Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or large organization
Creative thinking and strong communication and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and program planning ability
Bilingual - fluency in English essential, Arabic language fluency preferred
Understand the local nuances of the Middle East culture and people
Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Office Systems skills with good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
