Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal bank departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests
  • Provide operational and administrative support to enhance overall client experience across Corporate and Investment Banking clients
  • Attend to client service requests, issues, and grievances, coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed SLAs
  • Collect and verify required documentation in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of client correspondence, service requests, and resolutions
  • Support the VP and Head of Client Care Services in managing and reviewing service level agreements to align client expectations with service delivery
  • Handle customer complaints across CIB, analyze root causes with stakeholders, and ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure secure handling of security items under custody and obtain proof of delivery as per bank procedures
  • Identify areas for process improvement while managing associated operational and risk factors
  • Provide back-office operational support for account opening, account maintenance, corporate credit card operations, cheque book requests, balance confirmation letters, returned cheques, payment-related queries, charges, eChannels issues, and exception handling
Ideal Profile
  • University degree in Commerce, Banking, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience with exposure to banking operations
  • Strong knowledge of general banking principles and back-office operating procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
