At Parkview Pet Center, we're all about pets, people, and great service. We're looking for a friendly, bilingual (Arabic-English) Client Service Representative who loves animals and enjoys being the face of a busy, modern veterinary clinic.

Who You Are

Fluent in Arabic and English Animal lover or pet owner -- genuinely comfortable around cats and dogs Friendly, social, and professional with a warm personality Confident under pressure and naturally organized Experienced in a customer service or front desk role (hospitality, medical, retail, or service-based business) Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Quick learner, open to new digital tools and automation Strong work ethic and team player
What You'll Do

Welcome clients and pets with empathy and professionalism Manage a busy reception area and keep things running smoothly Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with clarity and care Schedule and confirm appointments accurately Process check-ins, check-outs, invoices, and payments Coordinate with vets, nurses, and groomers to maintain a smooth daily flow Keep client information updated and accurate Help with client reminders, feedback tracking, and simple marketing tasks

Location: Doha, Qatar Schedule: Full-time, shift-based (includes weekends and holidays on rotation) Compensation: QAR 4,500-7,000 per month, based on experience
