Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through building rapport to the clients, timely response on inquires, explaining policy terms and condition, handling and resolving complaints, process reimbursement, provide transparent advise and direction in line with the policy and practice.
Assess medical insurance requirements and preparing new quotes
Coordinate issuance policy and delivery of insurance cards
Open and maintain accurate customer records and information, maintain complete updated Sales records and pricing in the system.
Close coordination with the Insurers, hospitals, doctors or any 3rd party in order to assist the clients.
Ensure all required documents are complete and coordinated.
Keeping clients informed on regular basis with and guide them to the right information pertaining to products and applications.
Uphold and comply with the Company policies and procedure
Any other appropriate task as assigned by the Management
Skills and Specifications
Bachelor's degree
Working experience in Insurance Company/ Brokers (Mandatory)
Good communication (bilingual), sales and negotiations skills
Accurate and strong attention to details
Proficient in the use of Outlook, MS Applications and other ERP system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
