We are looking for an open-minded, german-speaking client relationship manager to join our growing team at Adler & Partners. We are a Corporate Service Provider helping individuals with Company Set up & Residency processing as well as offering further services such as Company Auditing, Accounting, Golden Visas, Business Bank account opening and Real Estate investment advice in the UAE. As a client relationship manager at Adler & Partners you will be a crucial team member managing our high networth client portfolio. We are looking for someone with great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple client accounts at once. Roles & Responsibilities
Take care of clients during their company & residency applications
Full cycle client relationship management and building long term relationships with clients
Advise clients on our services and present options regarding their individual needs
Being contact person for both clients and partners during the company set up or visa application process
Take care of in-person meetings, such as free zone authority visits, visa processing appointments, bank visits etc.
Create and send quotations and invoices, calculate gross profit for each proposal
Manage client relationships with existing clients, take care of renewal processes
Maintaining and updating the CRM daily
Improve internal processes and operations to optimize client experience
Maintain and build strong referral partnerships
Help with maintaining an acquiring new clients and partners through networking activities
Support the creation of marketing strategies including blog topics, social posts, website updates, newsletters and marketing campaigns
Cross-collaborate with the performance marketing team for lead generation activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in German & English
Bachelor?s Degree in Business/Management/Hospitality or related field
Minimum 1 year of UAE work experience
Must have driver?s license
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Natural networking abilities
Comfortable with meeting clients & partners
Strong Negotiation skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to be adaptable and multitask
