Job brief We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to provide excellent customer service who is focused on entertaining clients and ensuring sales conversions. The goal would be to handle incoming inquiries in the most efficient way, develop proposals and quotations in coordination with the sales manager and ensure every inquiry is converted to business. Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and developing relationships
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of customers inquiries and ensure to provide excellent service
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies
• Ensure every client is handled in most efficient and timely manner
• Put a proper system in place to deliver what is promised to the client
• Meet clients when possible and develop excellent relationship with them and grow them in an organic manner

Requirements and skills

• Proven ability to identify and reach sales and profitability targets
• Ability to act on customer feedback and provide meaningful solutions
• Ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
• Working knowledge of relevant software, including spreadsheets and Salesforce
• Ability to compile and present reports to management
• Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
• Confidence and ability to deal with high-end clients and important stakeholders
• Proficiency in English
• Awareness of industry\xe2\x80\x99s latest technology trends and applications
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• BS degree

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:

• Sales and Customer relationship client relationship: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving Licence or any convertible license (Required)
