Job Description

Maintain a positive, great and professional attitude toward customers at all times
centralizing the customers\' transactions and coordinating with the team leader/PRO for any missing and upon completion
Handle the transaction process as per the rules and regulations
Prepare the reporting of transactions to be shared with the team leader
Acknowledge and report customer complaints to the team leader or OPS manager as per their level
perfect knowledge of the workflow and communication channels
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Provide feedback/initiatives on the efficiency of the customer service process
Train on the job the new peers on the process
