Charterhouse is working with a leading global investment management firm, who is looking to hire a Client Relations Associate to join their team. As the Client Relations Associate, you will be dedicated to servicing and building an engaging environment where client relationships can flourish.

About the role
As a company, our client covers all major asset classes and has over $500 billion in Assets Under Management. The Associate will coordinate all client activity and provide the central point of reference for internal and external contacts associated with client relationships.

The purpose of the role is to support the Investment Advisors with servicing institutional and retail clients, as well as supporting business development efforts to grow the firm\xe2\x80\x99s client book. You will be responsible for addressing client queries, overseeing the new account take-on process, and providing continual feedback to management on market conditions, distributor requests, product requests and competitor information.

As the Client Relations Associate, you will be in constant communication with clients and various internal departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have knowledge of the asset management industry and should be able to communicate in a very professional manner with colleagues, clients, and prospects. A Degree in Finance or Economics would be an advantage but it is not essential.

Three to five years of relevant work experience is preferred and strong communication skills in English is a must while other languages, such as Arabic, would be welcomed. If you hold IMC Certificate that would also be preferred but not essential. If you do not hold this certificate, support will be provided for you to complete this after joining the firm.
