To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications. YNAP Middle East is now seeking a talented Client Relations Coordinator. You will be part of the initial stages of discussions regarding CR activity, you will be responsible to brief the relevant parties, as well as coordinating any logistics. You will be expected to be hands-on with the organising and set up of customer events; sample requests, organise logistics and props, event set-up & venue research and bookings. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Dubai Office Team Size: 10 Reporting into: Client Relations and Personal Shopping Manager Besides a competitive salary, we can offer you: Performance bonus schemes dependant on the type of role you are in Our famous staff discount along with exclusive staff sales Annual airfare to home country Group Medical & Life Insurance coverage Flexible working (Work in Office 2 days/week - WFH 3 days/week) A chance to be part of a fun and caring team that support each other Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Work alongside the ME and UK CR team Seniors and Execs to support and implement activity from the ME CR calendar plan to target key EIP individuals in strategic markets as well as create opportunities and positive experiences for our customers Take initiative to research potential clients that the PS and CR team can strategically target and entice to shop at NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER Providing general administrative support to the CR team Liaise with the travel team to ensure travel and accommodation is booked accordingly to align with market visits; as well as ensuring all entertainment venues have been booked and are on the brand to represent NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER Ensure the CR folders and CR budget are regularly updated Support the Client Relations and Personal Shopping Manager on a weekly/ monthly basis with general admin In order to maintain global reporting alignment, be responsible to create and distribute event round-ups, customer face-boards as necessary, and the CR reports The type of person we are looking for: You will be a natural leader at coordinating and managing logistic support to a very dynamic team and a people person with high energy and a drive to succeed You will have a proven record of events management support. Must be detail-oriented, methodical, efficient and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills. Can work independently in a structured manner.
