Understand and collect prerequisites for crew\xe2\x80\x99s training on all fleets which involve coordination & follow up with all the account executives; both locally and globally
Prepare client records/check forms and place in the files (Client Records need to be typed out/ needs to make sure latest check forms are used from the Authority website.
Lead the quality check in or audit client records post completion of training
Prepares training completion certificates and obtain signatures by Head of Training/Training Manager
Places orders for training manuals, documentation and e-learning modules.
Invigilate the Aircraft Type Rating Course exams in the Computer Based Exam Room; as assigned
Coordination Tasks
Coordinates with training manager for all client training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues.
Coordinate with regulatory personnel for specific training and their compliance requirements.
Compliance
Ensure that all instructors are filling the client records properly and according to the standards of the authority
Checkin of FAA clients for TSA clearance
Assisting the clients and Instructors/Examiners with creating and supporting IACRA and other NAA.
