Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) clients. What You'll Do

  • Manage onboarding for GTB and investment banking clients across complex structures and solutions such as liquidity management, treasury solutions, and VAM
  • Lead and mentor a team of onboarding managers, directors, and trainers to deliver best-in-class client onboarding services
  • Collaborate with GTB Sales, Product, and Channels teams to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience
  • Drive digitization and automation of onboarding processes to reduce turnaround times and increase revenue utilization
  • Participate in client meetings, RFP responses, and pre-advisory stages to align onboarding with client expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all internal risk standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies
  • Review and refine processes, SOPs, and documentation to minimize failure points and enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee testing, training, and go-live activities for onboarding new channels and products
  • Provide management dashboards and MIS reports to track onboarding performance and client engagement
  • Coordinate with operations and client services teams for post-implementation support and handovers
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in onboarding, client services, or GTB operations
  • Strong knowledge of documentation interdependencies across payments, collections, and electronic banking
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage high workloads under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance
  • Motivated self-starter with strong initiative and a customer-centric mindset
