What we are we looking for:
Participation in business planning for Middle East markets, regions, products and distribution channels
Ability to win new and retain existing business and effectively sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and reach set targets
Taking responsibility for a number of account relationships and build long term partnerships with clients
Arranging visits to regional offices and present the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services through one-to-one meetings, group meeting presentations and seminar work as appropriate
Developing the retail distribution channel, build on partnerships with local and international banks / Private Banks and life companies
Evaluating the potential of the digital and fintech channel
Liaising with appropriate internal departments to ensure client communication is ongoing, and that administrative issues are dealt with effectively
Updating the CRM system with call and meeting notes on a timely basis
What you can bring:
Previous experience of working in an asset management sales environment
Strong knowledge of the Middle East market landscape with a focus on distribution and private banking channel
Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Good knowledge of industry regulatory and compliance measures
Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant industry qualifications eg. IMC, CFA, IAC1, IAC3.
Flexible regarding working hours and able to commit to a reasonable amount of travel
Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
Self motivated, organised and methodical with good time management skills
Adaptive and responsive to changes in client needs and the industry environment
Excellent written communication skills in order to produce business plans, reports and letters
Computer literate (knowledge of data warehouses, CRM systems and Microsoft office packages)
Ability to adapt to the regional culture and environment
