Key Responsibilities
Manage client and guest communication via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Coordinate booking details, reschedules, and portal updates.
Communicate clearly with operations teams to relay instructions or issues.
Handle after-service feedback, complaints, and satisfaction reports.
Maintain detailed records in our client management portal.
Follow up on payments, invoices, and renewal reminders with Accounts.
Requirements
2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or property management support.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Professional tone, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Confident using WhatsApp Business, CRM portals, and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, empathetic attitude.
