This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can efficiently handle client inquiries and provide support across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and company policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Assist in identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or services.

Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software tools.

Friendly, professional attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
