The

Client Key Accounts Executive - Logistics

will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with major FMCG and last-mile clients. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth through effective coordination between logistics, warehousing, and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key FMCG and last-mile clients. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Understand client logistics needs and provide tailored warehousing and distribution solutions. Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Monitor service performance (on-time delivery, order accuracy, fulfillment rate) and resolve operational issues proactively. Track and report on account performance, KPIs, and service levels. Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Support the development of proposals, quotations, and service agreements for new and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes related to warehousing, last-mile delivery, and customer support. Recommend technology and system improvements to optimize client operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, client SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of contracts, billing, and client correspondence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration

, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience

in

key account management within logistics, FMCG distribution, or last-mile operations

. Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in

MS Office, WMS, and TMS platforms

. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines. Fluent in Arabic
