Your Role

Acquire new clients via phone and email. Analyze client needs and provide tailored consulting to help them achieve their goals. Conduct sales conversations with consistent follow-ups. Maintain and accurately document client data and sales processes. Create customized offers that match client requirements. Proactively improve processes and offers to maximize customer satisfaction. Support Presetters and Setters both professionally and in sales techniques.

What You Bring

A passion for sales and mastery of persuasive techniques. Proven experience as a closer in the services sector with successful high-ticket sales. Strong sense of ownership and organizational skills. Motivation through challenges - always striving to improve. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to celebrate success. Ideally, first experience in e-commerce (Shopify knowledge is a plus). Commitment to continuous learning and development. Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
