Clinical Training Center Job Purpose

To provide clerical and administrative support to academic and non-academic staff members in the College/Department/Center.
Main accountabilities & expectations

• Assist lab officers and technicians in completing assigned tasks.
• Provide manual labor work such as delivering equipment, tools and materials.
• Assist students and instructors during practical class work.
• Ensure that laboratory equipment and tools are stored safely and securely.
• Ensure all types of waste materials are disposed of according to safety standards and procedures.
• Operate office/lab machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.
• Prepare documentations and files for copying, scanning and binding, as well as conduct glass cleaning and toner replacement.
• Distribute stationary for all labs in the college.
• Follow up printer cartridge requests for the labs with the IT department and install them.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Laboratory at all times.

Required Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to prepare professional documents, in both Arabic and English.
• Positive and helpful attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to function effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of High School Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of UAE experience in similar role preferably in higher education institutions.
• Priority is to UAE Nationals.
