Clearance Coordinator

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up on all customs clearance transactions with the relevant authorities. Prepare and review all required shipping documents and invoices. Coordinate with transport companies and clients to ensure smooth operations. Resolve any issues or delays in the clearance process efficiently. Maintain and update shipment records on a daily basis. Communicate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customs clearance or logistics services. Knowledge of customs procedures and required documentation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
