We are a growing holiday home company looking for a reliable and hands-on
Operations & Cleaning Supervisor
. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, clean apartments, and quick response during any issues.
The ideal candidate will manage cleaners, drive the company cleaning van, conduct inspections, and handle day-to-day operational and crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the company cleaning van to and from apartments daily
Conduct regular
cleaning inspections
and ensure quality standards are met
Hire, train, and manage cleaners
Prepare and manage
cleaner schedules
based on check-ins and check-outs
Ensure all apartments are
cleaned on time
and ready for guests
Handle
operational issues and crisis management
(last-minute bookings, guest complaints, emergency situations)
Coordinate with management and report daily status
Monitor cleaning supplies and request restocking when required
Requirements:
Valid
UAE driving license
(mandatory)
Experience in
holiday homes, hotels, or facilities management
preferred
Strong organizational and people management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations
Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
Familiarity with Dubai locations and buildings is a plus
