Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities of staff across assigned sites.

Train new cleaning staff on company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols.

Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure proper shift coverage.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met or exceeded.

Handle client complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; request replenishments as needed.

Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.

Liaise with management and clients to understand and fulfill cleaning requirements.

Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed, especially during staff shortages.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and cleaning equipment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus).

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.

Basic administrative and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in housekeeping or cleaning services (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience working with residential, office, or commercial properties.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
