The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee and manage all cleaning operations across assigned facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising cleaning staff, monitoring performance, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations of residential buildings
Lead, train, and motivate cleaning staff to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
Prepare daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks to ensure efficient coverage.
Inspect buildings regularly to ensure cleaning standards are maintained according to company and client requirements.
Maintain stock of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment; request replenishment when necessary.
Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to company Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on staff attendance, performance, and cleaning outcomes.
Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance or replacement as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in cleaning
Driving License is Required
Experience in facilities management or contracting companies preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Familiarity with HSE and hygiene standards.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Flexible, proactive, and able to handle multiple sites if required.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools).
