Job Description

We are seeking a

Cleaning Supervisor

with at least

3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned sites Ensure cleaning standards and schedules are consistently met Conduct regular inspections and quality checks Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Prepare daily/weekly/ Monthly reports for management Liaise with clients to address concerns and maintain satisfaction
Requirements

3 years of experience in cleaning supervision or facility management Valid UAE driving license Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple sites Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation
