Responsibilities

:

Supervise and lead housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners). Assign daily tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions as needed. Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness. Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. Prepare guest rooms and public areas for use. Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment inventory. Ensure stock levels are adequate and reorder supplies when needed. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition. Ensure staff follow safety and hygiene protocols. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and properly. Ensure safe working conditions for all housekeeping staff. Respond to special guest requests related to housekeeping. Address and resolve guest complaints about cleanliness. Ensure guest privacy and respect during room cleaning. Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and safety. Provide ongoing training and development to improve team skills. Work with maintenance to address cleaning-related repairs. Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations. Keep records of incidents, complaints, and inventory usage. Provide regular reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.

Qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field. Priority for who have FM knowledge

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
