to oversee and manage cleaning operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality are consistently maintained while effectively supervising a team of cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of assigned staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance to achieve operational efficiency.
Train, motivate, and guide the cleaning team on best practices and safety procedures.
Manage cleaning materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and inventory control.
Prepare work schedules and maintain attendance records.
Address client feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor (preferably in the Facilities Management industry).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Ability to manage time, multitask, and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts and on-call duties as required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
