Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure proper cleaning standards are maintained.
Prepare work schedules and allocate tasks to cleaners.
Train and guide cleaning staff on equipment use, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols.
Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
Address client complaints or requests promptly and effectively.
Maintain records of staff attendance, work performance, and cleaning reports.
Conduct routine audits and implement improvements when required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks if needed.
