Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work of cleaning staff.
Prepare daily/weekly cleaning schedules and assign tasks.
Inspect premises to ensure established standards of cleanliness are met.
Provide training and guidance to new and existing cleaners.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Report maintenance or repair requirements to management promptly.
Maintain attendance records and submit reports to management.
Communicate effectively with clients or building management if required.
