We're Hiring: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days: 5 days/week (48 hours)

Salary: AED 11,000 to 12,000/month + Visa + Insurance + Air Tickets
Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for high standards and team leadership? We're hiring for a fast-growing, premium short-term rental company in Dubai that manages a large portfolio of high-end holiday homes across the city.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the brand's 5-star standards across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support cleaning coordinators and staff
Oversee daily operations across multiple short-term rental units
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Train staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use
Manage schedules, assign tasks, and track supply inventory
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest services teams
Ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations
Identify training needs and coach team members for improved performance
Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning services or hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites/teams efficiently
• Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus
