High school/secondary education.
5 years' experience as cleaner supervisor.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Valid Qatar driving license for medium size (4X4) double cabin pickup.
Good computing skills with knowledge of MS office and email applications basic knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities of Cleaning Supervisor
The cleaning supervisor shall supervise/monitor the tasks and duties assigned to cleaners and ensure that their performances are maintain up to the acceptable professional standard.
Ensure high standard of Services provided.
Ensure that the Personnel are properly dressed.
Check and report the daily attendance of cleaners and ensure to provide timely and suitable replacement in case of absentees.
Solve day-to-day problems arising at the location to ensure smooth performance of the Services.
Responsible to arrange tables and chairs of Auditorium before the function and collect; stack neatly when the function is over.
Responsible to check any defects in toilets and other areas.
Ensure that the cleaners are performing the cleaning activities in line with the requirements.
