Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and sanitation activities across

the F&B production areas, outlets, and back-of-house facilities. This role ensures all cleaning tasks are completed to

the highest hygiene and safety standards, in compliance with company SOPs and local health regulations. The

Cleaning Supervisor leads and trains cleaning staff, monitors performance, manages cleaning schedules, and

ensures a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across kitchens, production areas, dining spaces,
and storage facilities.

Ensure that all areas meet hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards set by the company and local
authorities.

Assign tasks to cleaning staff and monitor their performance to ensure work is completed efficiently and on
time.

Train and guide cleaning team members on proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and safety procedures. Inspect all cleaning equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and request maintenance when
needed.

Maintain stock of cleaning supplies, manage usage efficiently, and request replenishment when necessary. Ensure safe handling, labeling, and storage of chemicals and cleaning agents. Maintain cleaning logs, inspection checklists, and other hygiene documentation for audit readiness. Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and support special cleaning projects when required. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or hygiene concerns to management immediately.
Other Responsibilities:

Participate in internal hygiene audits and assist during inspections by authorities. Support the Health & Safety Officer and Operations Team in implementing sanitation-related policies. Contribute ideas to improve cleaning efficiency and overall hygiene standards. Ensure staff follow uniform, grooming, and personal hygiene standards. Maintain confidentiality of operational information and staff matters.
