The Cleaning Supervisor oversees the daily cleaning operations of a facility, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met and maintained. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, scheduling shifts, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure high standards.
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance issues.
Report maintenance issues or hazards to management.
Respond to client or management feedback and resolve complaints.
