Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Cleaning Supervisor

to oversee the cleaning operations across our catering sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across catering sites. Assign tasks to cleaning staff and monitor performance. Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and completed efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, dining, and service areas. Monitor the usage of cleaning materials and request replenishment when needed. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment. Report maintenance or repair needs to management. Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to health and safety regulations (HACCP standards preferred).

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, preferably in catering, hospitality, or facilities management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and safety procedures. Ability to manage a multicultural team. Good communication and reporting skills. Flexibility to work shifts as required.
