Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise, assign tasks, and train a team of cleaners on proper procedures, safety, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff. Manage routine and deep cleaning tasks (e.g., sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning). Actively inspect work areas to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. Manage cleaning supply inventory, check equipment functionality, and report maintenance needs to management. Address and resolve minor staff or cleaning-related issues promptly. Act as the primary point of contact between the cleaning team and management/clients.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a supervisor in cleaning field. Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to perform duties in diverse environments, including both indoor and outdoor settings. Flexibility to work different schedules and the ability to work longer shifts when required
