to oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations of our facility. The Cleaning Supervisor will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are maintained across all assigned areas, and that cleaning staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in office/corporate building cleaning
Skilled in villa and apartment cleaning
Ability to clean both interiors and exteriors of properties
Knowledge and experience in water tank cleaning
Sofa and upholstery cleaning expertise
Experience with deep cleaning techniques and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff on a daily basis.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Assign duties, monitor workloads, and adjust staff assignments as needed.
Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and protocols.
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain records of work completed.
Liaise with clients, tenants, or department heads to address complaints or special requests.
Enforce company policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Work Environment:
On-site role involving indoor and outdoor work.
May require flexible hours including weekends or shifts, depending on operational needs.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
