Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
Added advantage for candidates with experience in community or royal palace cleaning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate cleaning staff.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations across assigned areas.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks meet the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols.
Inspect premises regularly to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed.
Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities and team performance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
