Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cleaning vendors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Supervise and guide the cleaning teams to meet and maintain quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction levels. Plan and manage cleaning schedules to ensure timely task completion. Monitor and evaluate the performance of services, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain clear and consistent communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or service industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally. Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with cleaning standards, practices, and relevant tools. Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
