Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor

to supervise and manage our cleaning operations. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while leading and motivating a team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Deliver toolbox talks and support training and staff development initiatives. Prepare and manage daily work schedules, ensuring optimal manpower allocation. Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning materials and equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues. Handle workload variations and provide guidance during peak operations. Foster a supportive, disciplined, and productive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader in facility services. Strong understanding of cleaning methods, materials, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in managing cleaning consumables and inventory. Experience in staff training and performance management.
