: Cleaning Chemical Data Analyst (Facility Management)

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Chemical Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing data related to the suppliers & usage application knowledge and efficiency of cleaning chemicals in the facility.

This role ensures that data-driven decisions are made to optimize the use of cleaning chemicals, improve safety standards, and comply with environmental and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Collect, organize, and manage data on cleaning chemical suppliers across GCC across various departments or facilities.

2) Track chemical inventory levels, purchasing data, and usage trends

3) Analyze data to identify patterns in cleaning chemical consumption, including overuse, underuse, or waste.

4) Provide reports on the effectiveness and cost efficiency of different cleaning chemicals and their applications.

5) Monitor trends in chemical usage to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

6) Prepare detailed reports on chemical suppliers & usage data, cost analysis, and chemical performance for management review.

7) Ensure that cleaning chemical data is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations related to safety, health, and environmental standards.

8) Review material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all cleaning chemicals and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

9) Stay updated on industry trends, new cleaning chemicals, and data analysis technologies to enhance performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

1) Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field

2) Previous experience in data analysis, inventory management, or environmental safety in a cleaning or chemical-related industry is an asset

3) Strong proficiency in data analysis tools

4) Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety standards is a plus

5) Strong ability to manage multiple data sets and reports efficiently, strong problem-solving skills and ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

6) Ability to process and interpret large volumes of data accurately.
