Cleaner (Aviation Facility)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and reliable Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our aviation facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and presentable environment in compliance with strict aviation industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, hangars, workshops, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen facilities multiple times daily
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in all facility areas
• Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas following proper procedures
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or needs for replacement
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols at all times
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely according to manufacturer instructions
• Perform specialized cleaning of sensitive areas (avionics workshops, component repair areas) following specific guidelines
• Assist with facility setup for meetings or special events
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage observed during cleaning rounds
• Follow strict security protocols when working in restricted areas of the aviation facility

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Experience in aviation, hospital, or other regulated cleaning environments is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
• Ability to understand and follow safety data sheets for cleaning products
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift moderate weights
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Reliability and strong work ethic with ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of English for following instructions and safety guidelines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

General Requirements for Both Positions:

• Valid UAE residency visa
• No criminal record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass aviation security clearance
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and aviation regulations

Work Environment:
Both positions operate within a professional aviation facility that may include hangars, workshops, offices, and warehouse areas. Some exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery may occur. Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory at all times.
