Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Civil & Structural Foreman

to oversee and supervise all on-site civil and structural works for

villa and residential building projects

. The ideal candidate will ensure construction is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of construction operations. Review drawings, specifications, and work schedules; ensure correct implementation on site. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve planned progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures. Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to structural plans. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site updates. Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues on site. Support project engineers in coordinating with consultants and clients. Ensure proper documentation of work activities, inspections, and material deliveries.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering

(Bachelor's degree preferred).

5-10 years of experience

in UAE/GCC on

villa or residential building projects

. Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works (concrete, rebar, blockwork, plastering, etc.). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proven leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors. Familiar with

health, safety, and quality standards

in construction. Good communication and reporting skills in English.

UAE driving license

preferred.
