Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect / 3D Designer who can produce outstanding villa & residential designs, with excellent visualization skills. The role involves turning conceptual designs into compelling 3D models and renders that help clients see what their project will look like - exteriors, materials, lighting, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, photo-realistic renders, walkthroughs/fly-throughs, exterior. Develop architectural concept designs for villas/residential buildings: floor plans, elevations, sections. Prepare visualization materials: mood boards, material boards, lighting & texture studies. Collaborate with engineers, and clients to refine designs. Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely manner, maintaining high quality. Ensure designs are feasible in terms of construction, local building codes, and zoning. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, maintain consistency in design style. Stay updated with latest trends, materials, 3D rendering / visualization tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design + 3D visualization (villa or residential projects preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating villa / high-end residential work, with excellent renders (exterior). Proficiency in 3D modeling & rendering software, such as:
- SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent.
- Rendering engines: V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, etc.
- Post-production / presentation tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Good understanding of lighting, textures, materials, scale, spatial relationships. Good technical knowledge: construction details, regulations, site constraints. Good communication skills (Arabic mandatory). Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organization and project management. Creative eye, strong aesthetics, ability to present visually compelling work and tell a design story.
