Job Description
\xef\xbb\xbfThe main Responsibilities of the job
1. Coordination with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Technical Manager, Structural Engineer, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement Manager and MEP for Technical issues.
2. Coordination with subcontractors for their engineering works including but not limited to the following:
- Checking their drawings
- Follow up for their materials/ samples & other submittals
- Follow up with the Technical & Production Team
- Preparing reports and keeping records
- As-built drawing approvals
3. Meetings with the consultants for approvals and follow ups
4. Quality Control, follow up for all the engineering works
5. Checking drawings to meet the contract drawing and the project specification
6. Explaining the drawings to Construction Team, solving their issues by reading the contract drawing and the project specifications
7. Quantity Takeoffs for positive or negative variations of subcontractors
8. Leading the Structural Draftsman\xe2\x80\x99s Team, helping them for their drawing issues
9. Sending RFI\xe2\x80\x99s (Request for information) to consultant for clarification
10. Preparing all sorts Structural General Arrangement & rebar detail drawings by using AutoCad, Revit, and AutoCAD Structural Detailing Software.
