Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles, implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in technology. Manage the procurement and installation of technical equipment and software, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance. Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of technical systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements. Follow up for quotation, submittal & shop drawings Arrange Material for sales as per site requirements Making weekly and monthly reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science or engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience in same field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
