Civil Team Leader
Job Description
Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians in executing diverse civil engineering projects.
Oversee project planning, design, and execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
