Job Overview:

We are hiring three experienced Civil Supervisors to lead and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish. The ideal candidates will take full responsibility for site execution, labor supervision, quality control, and day-to-day operations. These roles are critical to ensuring that all works are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications--without the need for a dedicated site engineer above them.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the full cycle of site operations for assigned construction projects.

Supervise and coordinate with laborers, subcontractors, and site workers on daily tasks.

Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Monitor resource allocation, material deliveries, and ensure proper use of manpower and equipment.

Identify and resolve any on-site issues quickly to avoid delays.

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company standards.

Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets required standards before handover.

Maintain accurate records of daily site progress, work completed, manpower, and materials used.

Report site progress, issues, and updates regularly to the Project Manager.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Civil Supervisor, preferably in the UAE.

Strong ability to manage site operations independently without close engineering oversight.

Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.

Excellent leadership and labor management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.

Strong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Familiarity with Abu Dhabi construction regulations and safety requirements.

UAE driving license is preferred.
