Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project quality, and maintaining safety standards. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, solve problems on-site, and deliver work efficiently within the required timeline.

Responsibilities



Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Prepare daily progress reports and update project status. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards. Manage site manpower and ensure smooth workflow. Identify and solve on-site issues efficiently. Monitor material usage and request required materials on time.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field). Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor (min. 2-5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. UAE experience and valid UAE driving license (preferred).
