CIVIL SUPERVISOR - Infrastructure

Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site related to infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, pipelines, and utilities. Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to standards, codes, and project requirements. Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site staff to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise labor and subcontractors, ensuring proper allocation of resources. Monitor the availability of construction materials and ensure timely delivery on-site. Verify the quality and quantity of materials used and maintain proper records. Ensure strict compliance with site safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety meetings and inspections to prevent accidents and hazards. Track work progress against project schedules and report to senior management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting issues and delays. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, inspections, and coordination. Ensure that all work aligns with contractual obligations and project specifications. Maintain site records including drawings, work diaries, inspection reports, and material logs. Ensure all documentation is updated and readily available for audits or review. Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and discrepancies in construction works. Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers, technicians, and labor. Supervise minor repair and maintenance works for existing infrastructure when required. Monitor the durability and performance of completed structures.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
