motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor
to join our dynamic interior fit-out team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve site-related issues and implement required changes.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily site reports, material tracking, and attendance records.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to prevent project delays.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in interior fit-out supervision or a similar role.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and safety regulations.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.
