Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing multiple project sites (3-4 concurrently), ensuring timely completion, quality execution, and smooth coordination among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, with prior experience handling office and villa fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee day-to-day operations at 3-4 active interior fit-out sites (offices and villas). Ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor civil, MEP, and finishing works for seamless integration and quality.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit daily progress reports, site diaries, and photographic records. Update management on milestones, site challenges, and manpower/material requirements
Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. Address client queries on-site and share feedback with management. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and quality assurance.
Supplier & Subcontractor Management

Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring quality and timely compliance. o Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure productivity. Verify received materials against project specifications and delivery notes.
Quality & Compliance

Implement and enforce site safety and quality standards
. o Conduct routine site inspections to ensure adherence to required specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects (offices and villas). Strong technical knowledge of civil works, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Proven ability to manage multiple sites and deliver high-quality results on time. Strong leadership and coordination skills for managing labor, vendors, and suppliers. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Driving license is mandatory.
