Job Description

Project supervision:

Oversee daily activities on a construction site, managing the site and ensuring all work aligns with project blueprints and design specifications. *

Technical oversight:

Verify that technical designs are accurate, provide technical advice to staff, and ensure the quality of the work meets standards.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and building regulations.
*

Coordination and liaison:

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, architects, project managers, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly.
*

Planning and management:

Plan work efficiently, manage resources (both human and material), and adapt to setbacks to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
*

Reporting:

Prepare site reports, log progress, and report updates to clients and stakeholders.
*

Problem-solving:

Identify and solve technical and logistical problems that arise on site.
*

Site setup:

Undertake surveys and ensure the site is correctly set out and levelled.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
